The Lymphatic Brush Combo by Cecily Braden
Description
The Lymphatic Bush | Small + Large
Includes CJB Eco-protective Case (1 each small + large)
The Lymphatic Brush is a draining device. It's not a dry brush, a make-up brush, or a cleansing brush. It is specifically designed to provide an easy, ergonomic and effective way to incorporate lymphatic drainage into your professional and self-care routine.
Small = face (longer, softer bristles)
Large = face, neck, crown and full body (shorter, firmer bristles)
Although they appear the same, the face and body brush bristles differ slightly to provide appropriate pressure from head to toe. The bristles are soft, but durable. They won’t scratch, irritate, or damage sensitive and fragile skin types. The patented design features a unique bristle pattern and density combination that grips the skin in a precise way, targeting the superficial lymph vessels residing just under the skin. When combined with specialized techniques, it mimics the passive contractions of the lymph vessels to manually propel fluids and stimulate lymph flow. The ergonomic contoured shape ensures proper contact with the surface of the skin and accurate alignment with the lymph nodes and lymphatic pathways.

GEORGIA’S PRO TIP:
Try to get into the habit of brushing when you wake up, if you are in a rush it's okay, reduce the number of passes from 10 to 5. The more you do it, the more it will come part of your routine. It is a great way to wake up and de-puff. Make sure you have a light hand; you don't have much energy first thing so take it easy and enjoy the self-ritual process. Clean them carefully with antibacterial soup and water and leave them to air dry. Enjoy.
HOW TO USE FACE: Start with the face brush on dry clean skin, open up the lymphatic channels first by brushing over the chest towards the armpit, repeat each side 10 times. Then start to brush down from neck, down to the clavicle and then to the armpit, repeat each side 10 times. Next brush from the chin to the ears, inner nose to the ears and finish with middle brow to the ears. Repeat each movement 10 times on each side.
HOW TO USE BODY: Before you shower, follow your lymph meridian flow, brush up from the ankle to the inner thigh, repeat each side 10 times. Then brush from behind your legs, start from the ankle to the back of the knee. Repeat 10 times each side. Next take the brush and place on your inner thigh and massage in c-strokes up toward the crease of your thigh to stimulate the inguinal lymph nodes (your bikini Line). Repeat 10 times. Then repeat on the opposite side. Next, brush your upper back toward the front of your body. The lymphatic fluid from the back of your body drains toward the front into your heart area. Repeat this 10 times. Dry brush your abdomen in clockwise circular motions. This is the direction your colon runs and will help stimulate proper digestion. With your left hand, dry brush your right breast into your right armpit then dry brush from your sternum and middle of your chest toward your heart. Repeat on the opposite side. Finish by brushing your hand up to your inner and outer arm towards your armpit. Repeat on the other side to finish.
